ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

I was at Play Nation with Jack & you would've thought I'd just won the lottery. I think we all did, in a way. Fox News was on & John McCain was announcing his VP choice. I'm sure by now everyone knows it is Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska. Sarah who right? I love it, she comes across to me as someone who wants to do her job & do it right. Period. John McCain is a very smart man, good for him. I've already heard from various sources why didn't McCain pick Rice? SHE DOESN'T WANT TO BE IN PUBLIC OFFICE!!!! Sarah Palin I can only imagine will have a tough road ahead of her for the next few months (at least). Democrats will blast her for anything & everything (too many kids, lack of experience in politics, blah, blah, blah) ultra conservatives will question why is she running for office when she just had a baby in April. This is what we know of her: she has been the governor of Alaska for the past 2 years, she is pro-life, she is in favor of off-shore drilling, she is married with 5 kids, her oldest heading to Iraq in 2 weeks. She is a runner, plays the flute, was a journalist. Her husband is a commercial fisherman I believe. SHE IS NOT HILLARY & I believe she will & already does scare the hell out of Joe Biden & Obama. Finally, a real woman in the running!

I think this is your best post yet.

I'd make a terrible journalist. 2 important things I forgot to mention: (I'm sure everyone knows) Sarah is a member of the NRA & she is in favor of the death penalty. Also, she graduated from University of Idaho in 1987 (I think!!!)

I am beyond excited that John McCain picked Sarah Palin as his VP choice!! I think he made the right decision and I look forward to voting for McCain/Palin on November 4.

I can't wait for the Palin/Biden debate--she has a very strong personality and I see her getting the best of Biden.

Anybody that will go after corrupt politicians (be they Democrat or Republican) is OK with me.

And she is beautiful.

I hope they make a campaign stop somewhere near Charleston, because I will be there in a heartbeat.

Have you heard the nasty rumors that her fifth child, Trig, isn't really hers???

There are some liberal sites out on the web that say they have "evidence" that Trig is not Palin's son, rather her grandson (via !

Do these people really have nothing better to do?? They are so sad and pathetic. They can't debate her politics, so they resort to tabloid style attacks?? Very classy.
