HALEIGH'S 1st DAY

So yesterday was Haleigh's first day of 4th grade. Overall she had a good day. The thing with Haleigh is that she really loves school. She seems to quickly connect with her teachers & she has always been eager to learn. I so love that about her because I was never really like that. When I picked her up from car line she told me right away she did find out she was the only girl scout left out of the sleepover. I got upset all over again but this girl is so not worth it. Haleigh doesn't even like her! We get home & I checked for mail. Haleigh received a letter from her friend Janelle. Couldn't have been better timing, talk about divine intervention! I was happy she got a letter from her friend. Then a few hours later, her friend Meg called & invited her to spend the night Friday. It was a great way to end the day. I'm still planning to email the mother, I want it to be very well thought out. Haleigh's 10th birthday is in November. I plan to invite the entire class.
